What to Expect
After you’ve registered for a Community Light Grid
Once you reserve a spot, you’ll receive a confirmation email and access to your event page, which has tips to prepare for your upcoming Community Light Grid.
After you’ve registered, make sure to mark your calendar and bookmark our website, where you’ll be able to find information on your community grid. You can also follow us on Facebook and Instagram to see live updates about your community grid and connect with our community.
Once you’ve registered and sent in your personal intentions for personal growth and expansion, you’re all done! There’s nothing else you need to do to receive a constant flow of high-vibrational energy and the universe’s support for your personal intentions. However, there are a few things we suggest and plenty of optional ways to enrich and deepen your experience.
Our suggestions: drink lots of water and take time to energetically “check in” with your grid every day. Water helps filter and purify our energy bodies just as much as it does our physical bodies. Staying hydrated can help any type of energy work proceed more quickly and more smoothly.
We also suggest taking time to connect with your community grid once a day (you can do this through intention, by looking at a picture of your grid, or by simply chanting Ohm, which is the vibration used when anchoring and charging your grid.) Taking the time to tap into that high-vibrational energy and reaffirm your intentions for personal growth and transformation is an easy way to match your vibration to what you desire.
Optional daily “check-in” meditation:
After you’ve found a quiet place and tuned-in to the energy of your community grid, reaffirm your affirmations. Once you’ve repeated them a few times, mentally ask that you receive exactly what you need to manifest and fulfill your intentions, even if you don’t know what that might be.
While still connecting with the energy of your grid, try to imagine how you will feel when your intentions have manifested. Take some time to imagine what it would look like if that were your reality right now. Once you have that image or idea firmly in your mind, begin to imagine how grateful you would feel if you already had what you desired. Build on that feeling of gratitude, repeating the act of imagining you already having what you want. Hold that feeling of gratitude as long as you can, imagining it radiating out around you, attracting that exact feeling and scenario to you.
When you’re ready, take a deep breath in, and on the out breath, imagine completely releasing your intentions to the universe. Affirm that what you want has already arrived and close your meditation with gratitude. It’s a great idea to immediately take some kind of physical action towards your goal, if you’re able to.
Some things to look out for. Everyone has a different response to energy work. Here are some common experiences and questions.
Weird sensory stuff: This is especially common when grids are being activated and when they’re being charged with Reiki. You may feel warm or cool sensations, buzzing, or tingling. Bursts of intuition or insight are also common. Some people hear ringing or soft music, others see bursts of color or images. It’s fairly common to feel as though the air pressure around you has changed. It’s also common not to experience any odd side effects and simply feel relaxed and peaceful. Every person’s experience of will be different and will differ between sessions, as well. Try to keep an open mind and simply notice what comes into your awareness.
Weird dreams: It’s common to have very vivid and even lucid dreams while connected to a community grid. Some people even have purge-dreams, which help us release old wounds, fears, and beliefs. The themes in your dreams can be very informative during this time, so pay attention!
Emotional debris: Part of releasing emotional baggage is acknowledging, validating, and feeling the emotion. Sudden, unexpected bursts of strong emotion are fairly common during energy work, especially emotional and healing work. It’s important to remember that this emotion is on it’s way out; all it needs from you is to see it, feel it as it goes, and then ALLOW it to go. Don’t engage with these emotions as they bubble up for release; allow them to be there and then let them go.
